iOS App does not show tracks which are not available

I have noticed a rather strange behaviour of the iOS app regarding tracks which are marked as "unavailable". By that, I mean that for an album, only some tracks are playable on spotify. I noticed this with the Album "Live in Hamburg" by Esbjörn Svensson Trio, as an example. It says it has 10 Tracks, but the iOS app only shows 6. On my Laptop, or on the webplayer, it shows all 10 tracks, but only 6 are playable, 4 Tracks are light greyish and cannot be played, I guess due to missing rights.

It would be nice if the iOS shows the non available tracks, so you notice that you are not listening to the full, actual album, but a list of selected tracks from that album.
