The app is not working, I have deleted it and installed again and is still not working. I can see the menu, but when I click on it nothing happens. The main screen is blank.

Works!

 

iPad Settings > General > International > Region Format > then change country. Changing to USA

 

BUT! I restart all the iPad and at last works!

Description
When I start the application, I only see the icons on the left and the rest is a blank screen. The buttons do not work.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps
1. First I did this
Restart the App
2. Then I did that
Reinstall the App
3. I also did this
Erase the history and cookies in safari.
4. then this
Reinstall again.
5. then this
Same results.
6. and finally, this

Hi guys. There's a bug topic on the latest release with a temporary fix suggested in the first post. Does this work for you?

Nice to see this timely post.  I've been having the exact problem with the exact iPad / softwear as "hachepuntu" described (who I assume is asleep in North America right now.  Thank you for taking the time, incl the photo)!  Have been planning on unsubscribe from premium until app is fixed.  Changing the region to U.S. does nothing to help.

 

Question: To clarify, when you say "restart" the iPad, do you mean doing this from the iPad manual?:

 

Restarting your device

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
  2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Does this do anything to the content/setting of the iPad?  Obviously, not my aread of expertise.  🙂

Right. You do not lose any data or configuration.

What I did was:

 

1) Change the Region Format to USA format.

2) Erase Spotify app

3) Restart

4) Reinstall Spotify

5) Open spotify

Even

6) Restore the Region Format to my contry region (Mexico)
