My Question or Issue

I can’t play songs directly from the albums. But if I hit the shuffle button it plays songs.

I have paid for premium as a one time purchase for one year. Download and all the other premium features work except playing songs from the albums. I must use shuffle to start playing. It won’t play in normal mode

Hi guys,

Any updates on this issue? I have been having problems playing Albums on my iPhone 8, app version 8.5.60.881 latest available from AppStore.

I want to play the whole album but only the first song is played, I also don’t want to just add it to the queue otherwise I have to skip all songs that are currently in my queue.

Is there a way of clearing the queue/starting a new one?

This is becoming frustrating after 3 days of not being able to simply listen to an album.

In this case we recommend you do a reinstall of the app. You can find the steps here.

 

Could you also try the following:

  • Another internet connection
  • Log in with another account, such as a friend or a family members to see if the issue persists.
