I have now been a Spotify Premium member since 10. August. Still I can NOT use my iPhone. It says I am not a Premium member.
When logging online the web says I am a Premium user.
I have reinstalled the Spotify app many times. No avail.
Either you fix this asap, or I'll just cancel. I have the sense thay I have not got what I have paid for...
So please help.
@POS - What username is shown on your online account which shows you have premium?

On the mobile application are you logging in using that username and your Spotify password (not Facebook)?

I was logged in with my email adress as username. That is the email adress that is related to the same account.
I now logged out and logged in with my username, and now I get premium access.
So either you have fixed it, or you have a serious issue relating the email adress and the username.
Ok, I'll try out premium on my phone today... 🙂

You will have two completely seperate accounts. Signing in with a username logs you in via Spotify, signing in using an email address logs you in via Facebook.
