iPhone 4S Crashes Every Time New Playlist Folder Created

I'm having a problem with my Spotify iPhone app where the app continuously crashes within 5 seconds of opening every time I add a new playlist folder on my desktop. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixes the problem, but when I add another playlist folder in the future, the same thing happens. This is getting annoying, as I have to resync all my offline playlists whenever this happens. Please help.

I am currently running Spotify version 0.5.9.10, core 0.7.1.6114 on the iPhone 4S.

I'm also having this problem, on an iPad 2nd gen and an iPhone 5, both running the latest Spotify clients and the latest OS versions.
