Hi,

Have premium spotify.

Went on a 2 hour flight yesterday - iPhone flight mode.

Spotify offline mode on.

Drained 56% of battery.

The next Spotify iOS release is confirmed to have support for the new iPhone 5 screen size.

I'm not sure, but it might also have better support for iOS 6 which might fix your problems.
