iPhone 5 won't show on devices list

My iPhone and computer are connected to the same WiFi, i tried restarting them both and it didn't work, made sure that spotify is allowed through my firewall, and it still does not work. I have been able to sync local files before but now it's not working/

Hi. Have you made any changes recently like a new router, installed antivirus or other security software? The connection troubleshooting post has some things you can check.

Also if your computer is running windows, try exiting Spotify (File > Exit) and then running it as administrator (Right click on the desktop icon > Run as Administrator > Yes if UAC enabled).
