iPhone Premium not working

iPhone Premium not working

I have been a premium user for quite a few months now using it on my iPhone. However I have just tried to use it again for the first time in a while and it is saying that I need premium when I have been a regular user since last year! Is this a payment problem?

 

Any help much appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

First thing to do is double check your premium subscription is still active from your online overview.
Then I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.

checked it. it now says i'm free. i think it may because i have renewed the card it was being charged from. this must be the issue...

If your card had expired or been replaced, then the Spotify system would have been unable to take payment. 

Just update your card details and subscribe again so the system knows it is ok to try to take payment again.
