iPhone Spotify-Family and Shuffle?

Hey Everyone,

So, I added my wife up to the Spotify family plan with her iPhone 5 with me as the main admin using an S4 etc. Here's the thing. She cannot just play a track or album in order whereas I can. All she can do, it seems, is choose something and then shuffle it?

Is this a bug or deliberate? I saw nothing mentioned about this in the literature that had convinced me to upgrade to family and we don't like it too much. Are we missing something here?

Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Family subscriptions should be able to disable shuffle mode. She might want to try doing a full reinstallation of the app.
