iPhone app Running playlist turns shuffle on

I use the Spotify Running feature every day, but each time I use it for more than one or two songs it turns shuffle mode and loop mode on for the rest of the app. I'm aware of how to turn off shuffle, but it is frustrating to need to constantly turn it off when I never turned it on in the first place. Would you please fix this?
