Brief description of the issue:
I have a family account used by two people. The application works fine in mac, but it does not in our iPhones. Even if I can play my playlists and albums, I can't access the home, explore, search and radio tabs. It happens since at least one week.
What steps you’ve tried already:
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed a few settings like musique quality.

I've got an iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.1, but same thing happens in a iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.1
