Thanks,

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Few things to check out:

- Have you tried all of the steps outlined in the iOS troubleshooting guide?

- Do you get any error messages on your device?

- Tracks syncing extremely slowly does appear to be a known bug outlined here.

I did not get any errors, but I did delete the app and redownload which seemed to do the trick. Thanks.

A solution that worked for me was disable offline from master and every offline playlist,

next logout from my account,

login again and activate offline on every list, that resynced the list.

I have the same issue. iPhone 4S and my spotify playlists won't sync offline (no local files or any of that jazz).

Steps taken so far that hasn't fixed the issue:

Logged out of all my accounts and deleted app of all devices. (iPad + iPhone 3S)

Reinstalled the app.

Logged out, restarted phone (iPhone 4S), logged back in and changed the sync quality to both high and extreme.

It gives me the arrows - but they are all grey as I understand is the "waiting to be downloaded to phone", but no matter how long I wait, they stay gray.

I'm on a wifi network, and have tried three different wifi networks and I'm not attempting to sync over cellular.

No error messages or any notifications to why this won't work. I have 8.8GB free memory on my phone, so it's not a memory issue.
