- What type of Spotify account do you have (i.e., Free or Premium)?
- What version of iPod is it (e.g., iPod touch 6, A1574)? Find this in Settings > General > About > Model.
- What version of iOS are you on (e.g., 9.3.4)? Find this in Settings > General > About > Version
- What version of the Spotify app do you have (e.g., 5.7.0.1055)? Find this in Settings (
