iTunes Playlists Played via Amazon Echo Alexa

My Question or Issue

Spofity used to have an option to import iTunes playlists.  I don't see that option anymore, although I do see my iTunes playlists that were previously imported are still there.  However, I can't get Alexa (Amazon Echo) to play them.  Does anyone know if anything changed in the iTunes integration?  Or how to connect an Echo to fully integrate with iTunes music played through Spotify?

That feature is not available on Spotify anymore 🙂
