ipad suddenly doesn't recognise my premium account

ipad suddenly doesn't recognise my premium account

I've had a premium account for some time and it's paid up to date. I was listing on my ipad, logged in via facebook, when it suddenly stopped and gave me a message that my premium trial is over. I checked my account and it looks fine, premium payment is shown up to date. It still recognises the account properly on my pc.  Not sure what to do. Any thoughts?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Have you made sure you're logging into the right account? It's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details, so if you signed up with a Spotify user+pass, then make sure to sign in with a username not a facebook email.

Also, try a reinstall of the Spotify app.
