iphone 5s not found in spotify on windows

Spotify on windows dos not find/see my iphone thats on my wifi. Now  it wont sync me own playlist of mp3 i created, so i cant listen to them on my iphone.

Is there someone that can help me?

If the desktop client can't see your device, something must be blocking the connection:
- Make sure you are logged into the same account on both devices.
- Try restarting both apps.
- Make sure all firewalls on your computer are disabled.
- Make sure uPnP is enabled on your internet router.

Also synching won't work if you use a VPN.
