iphone 6 - Always Offline :/;/

Hi,
Im using spotify free on the iphone 6.
My connection is always offline, regardless of whether or not im on WORKING wifi or cellular.
I double checked countless times, I dont have offline mode on.
I even reinstalled spotify, to no avail. No idea what could be causing this. Tried restarting phone many times, to no avail also.
Anyone knows the solution to this?

Have you tried giving your phone a quick reboot by holding the home and lock buttons together until the Apple logo appears on screen?
