iphone app and corporate proxy

I cannot connect to the web with iphone spotify app, if there's proxy used in the environment.

Couriosly the desktop application works fine.

Any help?

Hi, and welcome to the Spotify Community!

This is probably because proxies can do a lot of things,some of which can prevent spotify from working. If you connect your device to spotify for your computer and you've set up the proxy settings on the computer, it may sync the settings to your phone.

For now though, have you tried syncing some of your songs to your iPhone, meaning they're offline so you can play them without being connected to the internet? Can you disconnect from the proxy?
