iphone not syncing after available offline has been checked

I request assistance in getting my music to sync to my iphone. I have checked available offline, but the music doesn't even start to download to my iphone. help is greatly appreciated.

ps: i have space on my phone for the music to sync

Hey, so there's a 10,000 offline song limit per Spotify premium account, spread across 3 devices. That means, on any particular device, you can have 3,333 songs synced offline. Maybe you've exceeded that limit?

Another thing to check is if some of the songs you want to sync are local files on your computer, in which case you'd need to connect your iPhone and computer to the same wifi network and hit the save offline button then.
