local files on iphone disappear on restart

Reproducible every darn time: connect over wifi, toggle "available offline" to on, albums sync, exit app, go back to app, the "available offline" toggle is now off for some reason, and the synced tracks are unavailable.

Do you have any jailbreak programs that you think might be affecting it? Download safe mode launcher and try spotify in safe mode.

I am having this exact same problem.

Also happens when I connect my iphone and copy local files to a playlist. As soon as I am offline the playlist is empty. Very annoying.
