multiple iphones on same premium account?

My job gave me an iphone for work purposes, yet I am locked in to my current AT&T personal iphone as well.

Can I use both iphones with the same spotify/fb account linked?  Does this count as 2 of my devices?  I was able to login on my personal phone easily, but I am having trouble logging in to the spotify app on my other iphone. 

Also, this is only temporary, so once I cancel my personal phone, how does spotify know, or how do I tell them to remove my personal phone as one of the 3 devices I was using?

You should be able to do this with no problem.  Although, if you use your Facebook account to log in to Spotify, you may need the Facebook app on the phone as well in order for it to log you in.  You can use Spotify on any number of devices, but you may only mark playlists for offline use on three devices simultaneously.  There is no need to let Spotify know when you stop using a device, Spotify will allow you to mark playlists for offline use, and only the three most recent devices to connect will be allowed to use them.
