music wont play on iphone

hi, i just got premuim spotify and when i click on a song it doesn't play. is this because i am downloading sons for offline mode, do i have to wait for all of them to finnish. also it keeps saying it has stopped and i habe to go back into it to resume, does it all the time.

First of all, if you have an iPhone - this should be in the iPhone thread, not in Android. Despite that. When you try to play a song, does it give you an error message or does the song start to play but there is no sound?

Could you provide more information regarding the issue.
