my spotify app doesn't work. it just shut down after 30secs

when i play a song, it works for 20~30 seconds
but after that it just shut down itself.
i don't know why and i think it's not my phone's problem.
cause other apps work very well.
if Spotify can't fix this problem
i want a refund
i started use Youtube Music because of this.

Does the same thing happen after clearing stored cache from the app? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again. As odd as this may sound, completing these steps should resync your account info.

Also, have you noticed if this happens at any specific points? Does is happen when connected to another internet connection as well? For example, if you're currently using 4G/5G, you can try with WiFi.

Should the issue persist, can you let us know what device and operating system you're using, along with the Spotify version?
