Ho fatto l'abbonamento premium con la 18app il 27/2/2021 per 6 mesi. Ora non mi funziona più, c'è la pubblicità e mi fa skippare 6 canzoni ogni ora. Ho riprovato ad inserire il codice 18app che mi era stato mandato ma mi dice che si è verificato un errore. Come posso fare?
