not auto downloading the fresh weekly songs on wifi

My Question or Issue

Hi guys,

I have some playlists like "release radar" that is refreshing the songs every week.

Issue is that spotify is not auto downloading the fresh weekly songs while i am on wifi and i have to use my 4G data for that.

Any ideas how i can solve this?

Hey @sira_spota 🙂

Please go ahead and follow these steps: 

• Reboot the device. Power off, then power back on the device.
• If that doesn’t help, sign out, then sign back in to your Spotify account.

Hello, perhaps i didn't explain well the issue.

Issue is that i need to have spotify app running in order to have the fresh songs auto downloaded.

But if i remember well from my android device, all this was happening in the background, without having spotify running - every week i just had new songs downloaded.
