offline mode-songs not loading when I don't have internet cinnection

I have premium account and a lot of songs available offline but while I'm travelling outside the country and I don't have internet connection I open Spotify, go to Library / Songs and the song wont load most of the times. So the solution I've found is to grab wifi somewhere and then open the app while I'm connected. But is very strange that if I'm with no connection what so ever I can't access my Download songs. I can go to playlist but the songs wont load... and this happens radnomly...

Same. I dont know about you but when im offline, my "songs" only shows a browse button with texts on top telling me to connect to internet even though Ive downloaded everything in "songs."
