paying for premium but not allowed to listen to music

Hello. I just paid for premium bc my 48 hour subscription ended. It was under an old account with an old email ihad downloaded spotify on previously. the e mail cinfirmation got sent to jussie_27@y mail.com, which i do not have access to anymore. Ijust signed up for premium and the free month, but again i can't listen to any music. Am i going to be charged in a month for music i can't even listen to? If so if like to withdraw my Credit card information,bc I'm not paying for something i can't even use.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you might have set up two subscriptions, so I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check that out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.


If you have premium and it is not being recognised, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
