play album: can only shuffle-play

hi,

when I go to play an album the only option is shuffle-play... I don't see option to play tracks in the order they appear in the album....

I would appreciate some help...

Do you have premium? If not that may be the reason because users without premium are not able to select a single song, they're only able to shuffle whichever album/playlist they're listening to. However, if you do have premium maybe check and make sure your subscription has been renewed, and if not, that may be the cause of your probem.

yes I do have premium...  and this has been happening for ever, i.e., since I first subscribed....  I've always only been able to shuffle-play...
