playlist from itunes to spotify help

Hi there,

I know i can import my itunes playlist into spotify, but it only allow me to play local files related to this playlist.

What i really want is to import my itunes plylist into a spotify streaming playlist, so all the local files will be replaced by they spotify version, is there any software that will allow to do that?

I don't have an apple music account :x
