I am paying for premium service each month. Somehow spotify has changed my start date and I go 1week each month without my music.

Can anyone suggest how to change this with out cancelling my service.  If I cancel my service, will I loose all of my music?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you cancel your account, all of your playlists will be safe.

I received an email for getting spotify 3 month premium with 1$ and i requested for that but i couldnt get it and you put me on it till end of Jan 2015. I just wanted to know the reason And if it is possible for you to correct it to 3 month? If it is not, i like to cancel it. Please let me know asap. Thanks
