problem to download more songs

please fix it. I can't download more songs though my storage is still available. I can only save 20 songs offline so far. I'm premium account.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using? Also, can you go to your phone Settings > General > Information > take a screenshot and send it over. 

We'll take a closer look at this.

Why I can not keep downloading more music???
I am paying every month for premium and now this??
This is not and "unlimited time, music every where, etc" whatever the spot say that's not a true!!!
Can you guys fix it or do something??
