problems listening to music offline

I recently downloanded the spotify app to my ipod touch, joined spotify premium, and downloaded some albums.  I can listen to the downloaded albums offline for a few hours, but after about 6 hours they disappear.  They reappear as soon as I come home and the ipod reconnects to the internet.  Any idea why this happens and if there is anything I can do about it?

That sounds odd. Have you checked this thread on troubleshooting iOS issues? If it persists, make sure you have the latest Spotify client update or you can try a clean re-installation 🙂

Thanks for the advice. I installed spotify about 2 weeks ago, so I would
be surprised if doing it again makes a difference, but I will give it a try.
