"how do i reset my offline device?"

This may sound obvious to you but I need help.

OBVIOUS search "how do i reset my offline device?" NOTHING!
My phone was listed several times so I deleted all b/c I wasn't sure if it was an old or my current iPhone.
I had a choice to remove all and it said I would have to reset my offline devices. So I removed them thinking it would be simple to find out how. Not so. It would have been helpful to have this explained what is entailed if I need to reset my offline devices. Simple- not everyone is familiar with these terms and nothing is obvious on these help pages. Also, in help it said I could use chat but I can't find that either. UGH!

I love Spotify but write instructions with what does it mean if you do X and if you do X and have to do Y here's how:. PLEASE give people that have minimal experience clear instructions.

Would someone please explain in detail what I need to do?
