Hello!

I have a problem on my Iphone Spotify.

When I choose an artist and trying to shuffle his tracks - nothing happens. Shuffle button is not working in artist menu.

I can shuffle playlist or album, but not artist tracks.

Several times I reinstalled app, and its worked fine for an hour and than the same problem.

We recommend logging out, restarting your iPhone, and logging back in.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This is different than a quick reinstall and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

If the issue persists, could you try using a different connection, like another WiFi network, mobile data, etc. and let us know how it goes?

 

We'd also like to know if the same happens in any other device where you use Spotify.

Yes, I did all this steps one more time but result is the same - shuffle works several times after full reinstall.

Does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

 

Can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?

Yes, its occur just on my iPhone. Everything works correctly on PC app.

I logged in another account - worked for a while - then the same.

Then I re-logged to my account - ok for a while...then the same 🙂

Can you try the following steps:

  • Soft reset of the device
  • Ensure the operating system is up-to-date
  • Ensure device has enough storage space
