song won’t play will skip 5 songs then only plays for 10 seconds

when I click to play a song doesn’t matter if it’s in my playlist of just charts etc it won’t play the song I’ve clicked on, you can visibly see it skip 5 or more songs and it won’t go back either then the song it’s picked will play but only for 10 seconds then stops, I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing has worked

it just happened to me today, I am under a family account, and it only happens to my account, and both my iphone 7 and PC are having the same issue.

I think I just found the problem. My playing device is connect to a  google home mini thena bluetooth speaker. After I change the playing device to play directly from my phone, there is no more skipping.

Reset the google home by holding reset button. This fixed it for me.
