Description
I can't play this playlist:
https://play.spotify.com/album/3PjxZp9vFPHXb7VtuTSEp5
on my mobile phone but I can play it on my desktop client in it's entirety.
Searching around support forums, people have similar issues but involving local files. These are not local files. They were available via streaming on the spotify library.
I've been paying for spotify premium for a couple years now.
Things I've tried:
- restarting the spotify iOS app
- reinstalling the spotify iOS app
- logging in/out of the spotify iOS app
- setting the 'the playlist to offline mode on my desktop and on my phone so that they'd sync. they'd sync, but again, only 3 tracks.

This has me beat - that album is not available in any country at the moment. Are you sure the local file symbol doesn't appear to the right of the album name or that the tracks don't appear in the local files section of the desktop client?
Yes I'm certain they aren't local files. Below is a local album (Gravity OST) vs This album screenshot from my desktop client. The local file icon is not there for the gatsby OST.
The files also don't show up under the local files listing.
