My Question or Issue

upgraded iPhone to IOS 14, Spotify won't re instal stating the phone needs to be on IOS 12 or higher

Thanks for reaching out about this. This sounds quite odd and we'll do our best to help you sort this out.

If possible, we'd recommend trying a soft reset on your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the Home and Lock buttons for 10 seconds until the device reboots. Also, let us know let us know if you spot anything new when you connect to a different network. 

If it doesn't work, would you mind checking if the country registered in your App Store matches the one you're currently in? This could be causing issues and there's a chance you might not be able to download the app for this reason. 

Lastly, if you still have trouble could you send us a screenshot of the error message that you're getting so that we'd be able to take a closer look.
