unable to turn of shuffle. Need help!

My Question or Issue

SInce a few weeks my playlist on my mobile iPhone app keeps going to shuffle. And I can not turn it of. 

The play button on top of the list where the shuffle logo is I am unable to turn of. and when I go to the playing song and turn it of there the list keeps playing on shuffle. 

Can anyone help me?

If you can't turn off the Shuffle mode on a certain playlist make sure you try a clean reinstall in order to get a fresh copy of the latest app version with all necessary updates. You'll find the steps on how to do that here.

It's also a good idea to check if any battery optimization or data cleaning settings are activated on your iPhone - these features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity. Try disabling them and check again of you can deactivate the Shuffle mode.

thank you.
I did that 2 times.
and now even. my phone broke so I had to get new apps all the way on the
new phone.
and still.....

i play on my phone and unable to turn it of. then i adjust it on my
computer and that is possible, but still the change does not last on the
phone.

PLease help me out. Is there a reembursmend possible. I use this playlists
for a reason. so why force me to shuffle.
Are you coming up with a paid upgrade to undo that?
