Yeah. They are the worst, all my available offline playlists have disappeared, and can't see anyone's public playlists. They are honestly just jerks to their subscribers. Trying out the Apple Music app for the free trial. Will probably just switch over.

I'm really sorry you had this experience with Spotify... Sometimes Spotify does tests with different layouts for groups of users. You can read more about that here. Also, if you have an idea for a new layout you can post it here. I'm sorry for the inconvenience...

I'm sorry this happened and about your experience with Spotify.. Could you try to reinstall the Spotify app and see if that brings back your playlists? Sometimes your Spotify app just needs a refresh.
