Hello. when joining a family subscription, an error occurs that the address is incorrect, although the address is actually correct, it also does not allow you to buy a family subscription

When it comes to Family subscriptions, it's important to know what exactly the error message says. Could you post a screenshot of it, so we get a better understanding of what is exactly going on on your end?

In most cases inputting the address exactly as it is shown on the manager account would do the job, but sometimes the country settings of the member to be accounts don't match the ones in the manager account and similar errors occur. Here is how to check the country settings and update them accordingly. 

Could you elaborate more on what is going on when you try to activate a new Family subscription?
