where's the option "download" in Your Library?

Hello everybody, in the new upgrade for iphone i couldn't find in the Menu the bottom option for music "download" to directly go to this music only.

Its much better and easy for situations without internet connection, for directly choosing in offline mode the whole music download in one place.
