I upgraded tp premium via the "iTunes & app store" menu on my Iphone. However, the account I was using on spotify did not updrade (in spite of the successful payment).

 

Was some other account (email address from Apple iTunes) upgraded? I don't have access to that email account anymore, nor can I recall having registered with spotify using that email address.

 

Can the upgrade be cancelled retroactively, so I can do it over witn the right account using the browser?

Hey @derdanielzimmer,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so cannot purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes.

 

You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium 🙂

Thanks. I used the browser access now and it worked. Just hoping the other purchase won't be charged.
