Posted this in another thread, with no response.
After a password reset and email change for my account, it wiped all my playlists and the starred list was reduced to 19 songs from hundreds, all of which are unavailable tracks. This is the case on my Windows 8 desktop app, the web player and my android phone.
I was able to recover the playlists, but have had no luck with the starred songs. I've contacted customer support twice in the last two days and have not received a repsonse. I am a long time premium subscriber and with £9.99 leaving my account tomorrow, I'm left with a somewhat bittersweet taste in my mouth.
Any help regarding this would be massively appreciated to avoid losing the last 4 years of my music history.
