When I got a new credit card, spotify cancelled my premium family account without any notice. Now when I try to upgrade to spotify premium, my credit cards aren't working. I get a message like "oops your credit card provider or bank seem to be having a bad day. Don't worry no money has been charged..." etc. I need to re-upgrade to a Spotify premium family account and I have contact Spotify several times about this matter with no response.
I recieved one response which was unhelpful as the suggestions to use a different browser or an incognito window did not work. I also tried a different credit card with no luck. I don't have a PayPal or e-card to try.
Please help!
