I work in an open office area so when I listen to spotify, I keep the music low. This is tolerated, and works out. Then suddenly an ad will come on at 10x the volume, which is less tolerated. I don't mind listening to an ad when I am using this service, but please, is there any way to get the ad volume to match the music volume? This makes spotify unusable at work.
