I used to have Premium for .99 cents for three months but it expired so I decided to get Premium and pay monthly. I got charged but now I can't log in to the app. I created another account, logged out and couldn't get back in either. A message shows up and it says the information is wrong and asks if I have an account. I tried to make an account with the same email and it said the email was already taken, obviously.
I deleted the app then installed it again and I still have the same problem. I tried logging in through Facebook and when it takes me to the app it says Error 404.
I already canceled my subscription but it won't expire for another month.
I'm really frustrated because I've been charged for something I'm not using. Please help!!
