Brief description of the issue:
Spotify destroyed my SD card. In attempt to have offline save to the SD card I did a fresh reinstall as others suggested. Upon reinstalling I queued up some offline downloads. Shortly after I received a notification "Blank SD card" - "SD card is blank or has unsupported files" and a prompt to format the card. I've tried removing/restarting/reinstalling and even formatting the card. Android is no longer able to mount the SD card.
