I am having trouble with upgrading my account to premium, I have tried looking through the spotify community help boards, and through google without much luck, none of them seem to actually help me so I've made my own. Maybe I missed something idk

I've previously had an account with spotify and was able to upgrade it to premium but I stopped using it and now for whatever reason it doesn't want to allow it.

I go through the process, (using Paypal, like I had before), and type in all my information, but it brings me back to the page to buy it all over again? I am not being charged or anything, it's offering the 30 day free-trial but it won't actually let me get it?

I've tried countless times now, on both mobile and computer without much luck \:

I've tried clearing cookies & cache but still nothing

Any help would be appreciated, I'm about ready to give up and just not purchase at all.
