I've been a Spotify premium subscriber for several months, now. I recently changed my Visa-Debit card through my bank, and Spotify wouldn't let me update my payment info, citing a vague "something went wrong" message with no additional details. I tried multiple browsers, clearing the cache, and even tried doing it from a different computer. Nothing was working.
I know for a fact that my card is fine because I just used it today for a steam purchase, and I have plenty of money on it.
Someone online suggested cancelling my subscription and redoing it from scratch, but that didn't work either. Same error as before. I've tried chrome and firefox, which both have that error, and vanilla IE, which instead says "javascript must be enabled" -- even though it already is. I've been at this for 2 hours now, and i'm going crazy. Will someone please just take my money? I can't live without Spotify. 😞
