Why do you make this so difficult? I'm not a tech person, don't ask me to provide screen shots, empty crash files or uninstall/reinstall. I souldn't have to do that, you're a music player, not the blooming controller for a nuclear submarine!
The problem is, when I'm at home, listening to Spotify on my laptop, hooked up to the wi-fi, an advert will come on and then at the end of it, silence. It won't go back to my playlist unless I exit spotify and reopen it. This should not happen, please fix this bug.
Don't force me to move to itunes becase apart from this little bug (and the fact I play my lists through phone and tablet too) Spotify is practically perfect in every way.
